1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to SwitchMarket. By using our website and our AI Concierge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. SwitchMarket provides a live, independent comparison engine for UK mobile phone contracts, SIM-only deals, and handset offers.
2. Our Role: We Compare, We Don't Sell
SwitchMarket is an independent comparison platform, not a mobile network operator, retailer, or direct seller.

The Intermediary: We display deals aggregated from third-party networks (e.g., O2, Vodafone, Three) and approved retailers.

The Contract: When you click "Save & Switch Now," you are redirected to the provider’s website to complete your purchase. Your final contract, credit check, and ongoing customer service relationship will be entirely with that specific provider, not SwitchMarket.
3. Accuracy of Deals and Pricing
We pride ourselves on using live market data to bring you the best deals. However, the mobile market moves fast.

Price Fluctuations: Prices, data allowances, and upfront costs are subject to change by the providers without notice.

Binding Price: The final, binding price is always the price displayed on the provider’s checkout page. SwitchMarket accepts no liability for discrepancies between the estimated price on our platform and the final price at checkout.

Total Contract Cost (TCC): Where displayed, TCC is calculated as (Monthly Cost × Contract Length) + Upfront Cost. This does not account for mid-contract RPI/CPI inflation price rises enforced by the networks.
4. The SwitchMarket AI Concierge
We utilise advanced Artificial Intelligence to help you navigate the mobile market.

Guidance, Not Guarantee: The AI Concierge acts as a digital sales assistant. While it is programmed to search our database accurately, its conversational responses are for guidance purposes only.

Final Verification: Always verify the handset model, variant (e.g., Standard, Plus, Ultra, FE), memory size, and contract terms on the final deal card and the provider's checkout page before purchasing.
5. Affiliate Disclosure & How We Make Money
SwitchMarket is a free service for our users. To keep the lights on and the servers running, we use affiliate links. If you click on a deal and successfully sign up for a contract with a provider, we may receive a commission from that provider. This commission never affects the price you pay. We rank deals based on objective criteria (e.g., lowest Total Contract Cost or lowest monthly cost), not on the commission we earn.
6. User Responsibilities
When using SwitchMarket, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SwitchMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our comparison engine, delays in API pricing updates, or any issues arising from the final contract you sign with a third-party provider.
